I agree with all that Dr Jordan has said; this has become an absolute necessity now. Mr Silva at present acting is of great assistance but I do not think he is competent for the post. Should anything happen to all frow, and all Silva was left without supervision. I advise that steps be taken immediately to obtain a competent man and recommended.
